I practice listening to the universe by tuning into my instincts and emotions, exploring where they come from, and reflecting on what or who they might be connected to. I also focus on visualizing the things I want to manifest in my life, especially for the future. One book that’s inspired me is How Life Works by Andrew Matthews. It’s a great read, and it’s helping me find faith in myself and believe that these ideas are real. I’m learning that we can make them happen through our actions.
Sometimes, the universe sends us funny signs in unexpected ways, and I enjoy those little surprises. However, I admit that it can feel a bit unsettling when I’m not prepared—but it’s still good in the end. This morning, I created a vision board online, and I’m starting to believe that the things I visualize can really come true. I hope they do. I want to become skilled again at listening to the universe, visualizing my desires, and truly feeling the energy around me. It’s incredible how the universe seems to respond to our thoughts, as if it’s picking up on the frequencies and waves we send out—things we can’t see but can feel through our imagination, emotions, and intentions.
People, too, can sometimes sense our thoughts and offer what we need, often in surprising and unexpected ways. I’m deeply grateful for everything the universe offers, and I continue to trust that it’s all happening within and around us.
One thing I’ve learned is to be mindful of my thoughts because they can magnetize or manifest outcomes—whether good or bad. I always try to focus on positive thoughts, knowing they’re more likely to attract positive outcomes. It’s like the law of attraction, and I think it’s a beautiful thing to witness and experience.
